This in my Galadriel Cosplay from The Lord of the Rings, inspired to character in Peter Jackson's movie trilogy, played by Cate Blanchett.
Galadriel is a character created by J. R. R. Tolkien, appearing in his Middle-earth legendarium. She appears in The Lord of the Rings, The Silmarillion and Unfinished Tales.
She was co-ruler of Lothlórien along with her husband, Lord Celeborn, and was referred to variously as The Lady of Lórien, The Lady of the Galadhrim and The Lady of the Wood.
She was also referred to as "Lady of Light" (the translation of Galadriel) or as the "White Lady", as her fair skin and white cloaks made her seem to shine.
She had a daughter Celebrían, making her Elrond's mother-in-law and Arwen's grandmother. However, Galadriel's most striking feature is her beautiful long golden hair and she wears Nenya, one of the Three Rings, also named the Ring of Water.
The "Mirror of Galadriel" is a silver basin of water used by Galadriel in Lorien which could show the viewer events in the past, present or even the future.
